  • Hi @matheustrilico,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We received a similar query sometime back, it was some other plugin on the user’s website which was hiding the Submit button for non-logged in users.

So, I request you to kindly check for plugin and theme conflict on your website again. The fastest way to rule out a conflict is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have a conflict and should activate one plugin at a time until you locate the conflict. Finally, after all plugins are active, switch to your theme. This will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.

If this does not resolve the issue then kindly share the issue at here as well https://quizandsurveymaster.com/contact-support/ for further troubleshooting.

    Let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Kriti

    Dear Kriti,

    Thanks for the answer.

Looks like it’s the WP Rocket plugin. As it is essential for my website, can you tell me what I can do to resolve this conflict? Thanks!

    Hi @matheustrilico,

You will have to contact this plugin’s support team to fix this issue happening on your website. Or you will have to deactivate this plugin. My apologies but I am not of much help here.

    Regards,
    Kriti
