Submit button stopped sending email

The plugin just stopped working out of nowhere. I use it for students to register for my course: they fill out the form and the submit button forwards them directly to the payment page, then I get an email of their important information so I know who is signing up for class. Suddenly, it just won’t work! They fill out the form, click submit, get forwarded to the next page, but I don’t get an email!
None of my forms work on any of my registration pages. I tried updating but that didn’t help. People are starting to complain and short of ditching the plugin altogether, I don’t know what to do! Help!
