Submit Button Stops Working After Updating Plugin

hello. my website is https://digipayinc.com/ and the submit buttons on all my contact forms have stopped working. i noticed it’s the Contact Form 7 plugin because i restored a backup of my website prior to the update and the submit buttons were functioning again and after updating the CF7 plugin again, the submit buttons lost their functionality. Looks like this happened after Version: 6.1.4 update approximately a month ago, which is how far back i went to restore a backup. the google recaptcha script has been removed as i have read in other forum posts here that could resolve the issue, but not the case here. the active theme is StackVersion: 10.5.4.

prior to this post, i did remove many of these plugins to see if there was any change and it always came down to Contact Form 7 being the main suspect.
