Hi @scriptic,
Sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.
Can you please share an export of the form so that we can take a closer look at the issue? Please share the export file using Google Drive or Pastebin.com.
I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
We look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind Regards,
Nebu John
Do you get an error?
I had a similar issue, which I just resolved by actually adding values in all option fields value boxes. The script saves and publishes just find with this fields empty, but generate an error while submitting.
Hello @wp_con ,
It’s rather a different issue since @scriptic can submit a form, but the email is not sent. Usually, when emails are not sent all that is needed is an SMTP plugin, like Branda:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/branda-white-labeling/
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp
kind regards,
Kasia
Hi
I am not so sure about that. I Noticed that the error generated by the absence of a value, is very quickly overwritten by the description if one is present for that field. I took me a while to find that out too. Then you may THINK the form is submitted, but it actually is not. You can be very right, but it does not hurt to check.
Hi @wp_con
Please create a new topic here:

Kind Regards,
Kris
