Hi,

I installed your plugin and created a couple of forms, but none of them work, when I click on “Submit” the button changes to “Submitting…” and just stays like that and never sends anything.

Any ideas about what could be causing this?

Hi morbidofest can you enable debug mode in WordPress and see what errors are displayed.

Can you also deactivate all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test?

I turned on debug mode and nothing happened, it just stays there. I’ll deactivate all plugins ina few hours when our traffic goes down a bit and I’ll let you know.

OK, I’ve deactivated all the plugins in our site, and still the same “submitting…” and nothing else happens.

How much memory is allocated to your WordPress website?

Can you increase it to 128MB minimum but preferably 256MB. WordPress is very resource hungry. Allowing 256MB will prevent you from having issues in the future.
