Aside from type, would your forms have different fields?

I’ve not tried yet, but you could perhaps filter the job fields (https://wpjobmanager.com/document/editing-job-submission-fields/) then if the current page permalink = your freelance page, unset the job_type field an replace it with a ‘hidden’ input set to the freelance job type.

It’s a little more complicated than usual snippets due to the needed conditional but it should be possible.

You could use the global $post variable and compare $post->ID to whatever ID that page has.
