    It seems strange to me…
    If you want plain posting then why want to load the js script?

    If you have any specific reason, you can explain briefly so to think of it.

    There are others plugins that hooks Conctac Form 7 js scripts add_action(‘wpcf7_enqueue_scripts’,.., for example ContactForm7Datepicker

    See its straight froward…
    If you don’t want the ajax feature at all then just deresigter its script completely.
