    Hi,

    I have just downloaded the Plugin and having two issues.

    1 – When using the date picker, upon selecting the date the form scrolls back to the top of the page and the date picker calendar still remains open, i have to scroll back down to the next question – This can be inconvenient and confusing for the end user.

    2 – More importantly, i have created my form but nothing happens when i click on Submit. I have entered a re-direct URL in the settings page (but does not re-direct) and a send to email address (to which i receive other WP email including Contract from 7 when i trialed this, but nothing received from Multi Step Form)

    Could you please assist?

    Hi,
    thank you for reporting your issues.
    1. As you can see at our demopage the datepicker does not scroll up.
    Please amke sure that is not a dependencie with your theme or another plugin.
    Try again on a standard WP theme without other plugins.
    2. please make sure to double-check your “Send-to” and “Additional Headers” settings for the form. Also, make sure that all of the section headings and step descriptions have been filled. We need to reproduce the error on our systems in order to fix it. Please report back if it worked for you.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Could the date picker issue be due to me changing the format to DD-MM-YY? (UK FORMAT)

    There is a address in the send to, there are none in the additional headers as none are required. There are text in the descriptions and step details. This can be reviewed at < https://chalkwellkennels.com/online_booking >however this is still not submitted nor texting to the redirected URL?

    Any assistance to get this resolved would be appreciated.

    Dear Gareth,
    we updated the date picker short time ago and will have a closer look on it for the next update again. But i am pretty sure that also the UK date format works. Please try again with disabled theme.
    To make sure that everything works fine with the redirect to the “thank-you-page” and the submit of the mails please try to send an administrative mail to your WP like the one you get for creating users. Our plugin uses the same function.

    Hi,

    I have been doing some testing and believe the issues i am facing are due to the Select/Dropdown option. I have being trying a few tests and when i have a form using the dropdown option the form does not send at all, and also i get the issue with the form reverting back to the top of the form when i select a date from the picker as mentioned in my previous message.

    When i do not use a dropdown menu. Not only does the date picker function correctly but not scrolling back to the top of the screen, but the form sends correctly and redirects to the correct. I believe there is an issue with the select/dropdown option?

    Any ideas as i love this plugin but require the dropdown option?
