Submit message hangs sometimes

    I was wondering if this was a known issue. Every so often, the “Submitting…” message just stays when an applicant tries to submit their resume. Is there a solution for this?

    Hello @aaronmwm,

    Thank you for contacting us. SJB uses AJAX to process the application submission. So, if your site has any JS errors or conflicts it can halt the process. This causes the “Submitting…” issue. So, if you make sure that none of your other plugins or theme are producing any JS conflicts this error will not occur.
