Submit new plugin problem

Hello everyone, I just submitted a new plugin to the ww.wp.xz.cn and done all the steps that I know.

1. Submit plugin details for approval.
2. ww.wp.xz.cn approved my submission and provide me the SVN repository.
3. I uploaded all the files to my plugin repository into /trunk/ directory.
4. I can see my plugin page at http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/pagepressapp/

However, I can only see the plugin page if I logged as admin. Public cannot see my plugin page. Also, the download plugin button will lead to 404 page.

Anyone can tell me how to make the plugin page available to public and how to make the download plugin button working?
