    Hi Ultimate Reviews Developers,

    My Submit Review (Send Review) button isn’t working and I don’t know why. In-Depth Reviews is turned off, so there shouldn’t be any conflicting fields. I disabled my spam plugin, but it made no difference. I have the premium version of Ultimate Reviews.

    Hi abby,

    If you look at the source code of the page, you’ll see your submit button is getting disabled in the HTML. That happens because it validates the form as you go, and some of the data entered is not correct. The issue I kept running into on your site was it says, “Please make sure the product name matches exactly.” This tells me that you probably have the “Restrict Product Names” option enable. If you’re going to be using that option, then you need to specify the products that are available for review, and you should probably use the dropdown Product Name Input Type.

    Thank you for your quick reply! Changing the product names to a dropdown menu worked, HOWEVER, it was previously set to autocomplete. Why didn’t it work with autocomplete? The names I was entering DID match exactly. The problem with the dropdown is where you enter product names manually, there is no option to sort them alphabetically, so I will now have to delete them and type them all out again in alphabetic order, so it will appear that way in the dropdown, and will have to do this every time a new product appears. Perhaps this is something for a future update, either add a feature to sort the product names alphabetically or fix the autocomplete issue. 🙂 Thanks

    Hi Abby

    So you can already drag and drop your products in your products list to reorder them as you see fit. There is no need to recreate them every time you add a new product.
