Hi,

Once a Review form is submitted the success message appears fine on the desktop, but on mobile devices the message after submission shows ‘Comment is a spam.’ and appears on a blank page. The user then has no way of returning back to the website easily. How can this be rectified?

Hi joybinningdsn,

I submitted a test review and inspected the browser code for the “Comment is a spam” message. Please be assured that we do not include any such message when a review is submitted. The message appears to be coming from your theme or any other plugin. What happens if you momentarily switch to a different theme (e.g., twenty nineteen), does the message disappear? It was the anti-spam plugin that conflicted with this and have now deleted that plugin.
