Submit Review Looping

I have been having issues with the submit your review button sitting and spinning after updating to the newest version. My update went through on the 15th and there were reviews on the 14th so it seems to have been working before that. I found the other post yesterday that had a similar issue and cleared my cache which seemed to fix it for me too. But today it is back to the same issue (different page as I use it across the site). No reviews going through. I use CloudFlare and did the purge everything option yesterday. I would guess that if it had the old version cached and it worked after I cleared the cache I shouldn’t need to clear the cache this often to keep it working?
