Hi Guys… Thanks alot for such a wonderful plugin many thanks. I have used it to implement a e-leaning system. But the bug is that when a student uploads a file as a assignment then for the teacher to open and check that file that link is broken. basically it is
‘ http://abc.net/”http://abc.net/mywp/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/trust1.pdf/” ‘
rather than just
‘http://abc.net/mywp/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/trust1.pdf/’

Sorry, no idea what could be causing this. I have never seen such problem on my installations.
Hi Prasun Thanks for looking into it, would it be possible for you to direct me to the location in code where this link is generated for uploaded assignment and may be I could spend a bit of time on it (I tried but failed to locate it). And If you say so, I will send you the URL with admin login and path to reproduce the error through email.

Actually we don’t have file upload implemented at all. Where are you uploading files?
When creating assignment there is a check box. Let students upload a solution.
So when submitting an assignment a studunt after being given the media upload permission. will see a media upload option above the word editor. If the student uploads a file, its visible to the teacher along the text that he puts in. This is given as a link to open that file. When lookingthe solution. But the link is broken. As shown earlir post. Many thanks. Will upload a few screen shot. Later… cause outside right now.

Media upload is the same one that you use in posts. So if it doesn’t work there, it won’t work in posts as well. Anyway it’s not part of Namaste.

Is there a way to deactivate the “submit solution” option entirely? I would like it so that part doesn’t even show up.

I’m afraid no, except you just don’t create assignments. If your assignments won’t require solutions perhaps you can just include them as text in the lesson itself.
