Submit ticket and submit reply appear simultaneous

    Sounds like a javascript conflict, between the javascript in this plugin, and the javascript in the theme, which is generally an easy problem to solve.

    I can definitely help, no problem. If you can just reactivate wpsc Support Tickets so I can look for javascript errors, I should be able to locate the issue rather quickly. I’ll be around the next 5 or 6 hours, if you’re able to reactivate it today. Thanks!

    I am sorry, I inactivated the plugin by mistake.
    it is re-activated.
    If you need the admin to Wp-admin let me know and I can add you as admin
