There is no Julien as registered user at http://www.pokerbricks.com.
I think the problem with not being able to register (and submitting tickets), might be that I have Buddypress installed?
I have just registered a new account and I’ve been immediately redirected to the submission page (http://i.imgur.com/wuD3NMc.png). Maybe you should try emptying your cache or try with a different browser.

But when I enter a ticket, after clicking the Submit button I am directed to a “404 Error” webpage?
(The ticket is registered though)

Sorry, I did that (twice). But I still get to a 404 error webpage after submitting my ticket/form.
http://www.pokerbricks.com > Submit Ticket > Register > Fill in ticket form and click the Submit button > 404 Error Webpage
Could you set my account on your site as admin so that I can have a closer look.
Could you please try deactivating all your plugins but Awesome Support and see if the 404 still occurs.
Deactivated all plug-ins.
Ticket URLs Worked!
Activating plug-in by plug-in revealed that Awesome Support plug-in is not compatible with LearnDash plug-in (course/learning management system).
Too bad. I will search for other ticket/help desk system for our site.
Or maybe it’s the other way around, LearnDash is not compatible with our plugin 😉
