Submit to Splendid CRM

    I am trying to find a way to have form data entered into Ninjaforms submit to the Splendid CRM.

    I currently have a php file that submits to email and Splendid. It works off a basic HTML form, but I am trying to figure out how to make the php page run with Ninjaforms (minus the submit to email function as that will now be controlled by Ninjaforms).
