Hi Thomas, sorry for the short details listing :-

    main page was aluminaid.com

    jobpages : aluminaid.com/jobs
    job apply : http://aluminaid.com/jobs/apply/886/

I not sure how to setup the “submit your application” to send a notification to a person email address while someone job apply.

Noted : I am using Mandrill plugin as you mention.

I don’t see any jobs listed. The page that is showing should not display.

That’s telling me that either you have a permalink problem or a possible plugin/theme conflict.

Make sure your admin is correctly set-up using App Form Settings and Job Form Settings then all you should have to to is add a job and post it.

    Hope this helps.

Ok ran a quick test, set up looks ok.

However, your message may need to be adjusted.

Thank you for considering a career at Advanced First Aid Research. Please take a few minutes to fill out the following form. After you have completed your application, an email will be sent to you to acknowledge your application and information on the next step of the recruitment process.

    Refer to Display Settings:
You should have this: “Thank you for considering a career at Advanced First Aid Research. Please take a few minutes to fill out the following form” Posted to: Before the Application Form area.

    With regards to this comment:

an email will be sent to you to acknowledge your application and information on the next step of the recruitment process.

Job Manager DOES NOT send out any AUTO emails to applicants at present. You can do this from within Job Manager by clicking on Applications, then put a check mark by the applicant you want to email, page down to Bulk Actions (drop down) and select EMAIL – APPLY

You can then send an email from Job Manager.

The only email the JM sends natively, is the Applicant information upon submission to the default Email Address set up for Job Manager Admin and or Category of jobs. The details of whats in that email are established via the fields established for App Form Settings.

    Hope this helps.
