Submitting failed

    Hi

    We have recieved some email from clients in USA claiming that they have filled out the forms and recieved a failed to submit page instead of the URl linked to within the forms setting. This is issue have only occured when clients from abroad DK have used the form on our website. When we our self test it, it seems to work fine?

    Please help us fix this.
