Submitting PDF problem

    Hello. After upgrading 1.9.4 version I can’t submit PDF. I noticed that attachments folder disappeared from plugin catalogue. If I create this folder manually – it disappeare just after generating the first PDF. So the first email is sent but generated link is broken, because there is not attachment folder.
    I reinstalled plugin but problem still exist.
    I have no idea what to do with this problem.
    Can you send me link to previous version of plugin (1.9.3)?

    Problem solved by installing 1.9.5 version.
    Many thanks to ZealousWeb crew for the quick and helpful support.
