subscribe 2 Add registered button does not work

    All the other functions see to be ok, but when I click the Add Registered User button (it does highlight) nothing happens. There is no box to enter the email address nor does one appear.

    Any ideas? I had not tried to enter a Registered user since WP 3.1.4 so to be honest, I don’t remember how it used to look.
