Subscribe 2 Confirmation Setting

Hi,

I had an old website and I have build a new website now and not using the old database. I used the same settings as I had in the old website but its not working correct. In my old website people were sent out a confirmation email before they are in the subscribe list but now whenever they subscribe they see the this message and no confirmation email is sent out. “To manage your subscription options please login”

My Current Version of Plug in is 9.4 and for old website 9.2
