subscribe after admin approval

    Hi
    Can you advise?

    Currently I have a registration form with MC4WP sign up to mailchimp.
    My problem: The subscriber is sent to mailchimp before they have admin approval.

    I am using bbpress with a moderation plugin.( bbPress – Moderation Tools )
    Admin approves the user by clicking an approval button in admin.

    Is there any quick way around this by a small code in MC4WP or admin change rather than another plugin install?

    Hey @lainyrache,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I regret to say our plugin does not have such a feature. If the user is not added during signup to MailChimp, then you will need to manually add them later. We earlier a standalone plugin “User Sync” but we discontinued it as it caused multiple issues such as unsubscribing users.
