Subscribe again after unsubscribe

Hi,

In my Workflow emails , I’ve added a new one in order for the subscriber to come back and subscribe again,, if he thinks he did a mistake.

So, at the bottom of this email, I’ve added the shortcode {{subscriber.subscribe_link}} .

I’ve tested it and when I clicked on it, nothing happened for this guy in the back-office. Still the user is not subscribed.

So, in my case, is this this link to use : {{subscriber.subscribe_link}} ?

We suggest you to using the keyword {{SUBSCRIBE-LINK}} for now.

We’re looking into the issue with the {{subscriber.subscribe.link}} keyword and will keep you posted as soon as it’s fixed.

Hi,
Apart from the above question that’s still pending, I have another question.
If I upload products in bulk from a csv file with the Online status with the Woocommerce native tool, will the products be treated as new ones and your task will trigger them ?

Regarding your concern I upload products in bulk from a csv file in this case when you upload products in bulk via CSV in WooCommerce, the platform treats them as new products, even if they have an “Online” status (published).

As a result, these products are typically processed as newly added, and any tasks or triggers linked to the product will be triggered.
