I am working on a multi-media online network and will have multiple pages dedicated to multiple YouTube channels. I was wondering if there was a way to have individual subscribe buttons for each page?

Individual subscribe buttons are not provided, but there are various resources to simplify the process, like: https://developers.google.com/youtube/youtube_subscribe_button

The link you need to wrap a button around is of this form:
https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=USERNAME
