Subscribe button generates 500 error

Might be a lot to unpack here so I’ll try to keep it short.
I’m using a theme that uses Contact 7 form in the demo but is not bundled with the them purchase.
I migrated from my localhost (mamp) to live site (hostgator) using All In One Migrate plug-in which I have since deleted.
I’ve obtained the form code used on the theme I purchased, but it does not work on my site. When I create a new form in Contact 7 the default form does work so it may have something to do with the specific form code not working on my site.
When running Chrome developer tools I get a feedback (Internal Service Error) link that generates this message: {“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”No route was found matching the URL and request method”,”data”:{“status”:404}}
When I hit submit nothing visually changes. No spinning icon or error code
