Subscribe Form/ Register Form in Header

    I am designing a website and recently got the idea from another site that having register form in the header would be a great feature.
    I know to implement it into the header.php but when i do this it hangs to the left of the header.
    i attempted to add css to make it align to the middle but was unsuccessful.
    can anybody recommend a form that works similar to the one on
    itison . com
    from then onwards i will start worrying about aligning it to the middle.
