'subscribe me' box doesn't work

    This has been the case for a while, but I hadn’t bothered to really make sure until now.

    When I leave a comment, if I click the ‘subscribe me’ box, it does subscribe me, as intended. But even if I don’t check that box, the email address I use still gets subscribed.

    Please fix so it only subscribes those who check that box, when their comment gets approved.
