I have checked the provided URL and found that you have currently added the default signup form on the registration form. To allow members to purchase a membership plan, follow the below-given steps:
1. Create a membership plan from ARMember -> Manage Plans page click on the “Add New Plan” button and add a membership plan according to your requirements.
2. Configure the payment gateway from ARMember -> General Settings -> Payment Gateways page.
3. Now, you just need to create a setup form from ARMember -> Configure Plan + Signup form page where you need to select, signup form, Membership plans you want to display on setup form, and select Payment Gateway(s). Click on the Save button will generate a shortcode [arm_setup id=”1″] which you need to can add to any WordPress page/post according to your requirements. You can also change the register page shortcode with the setup form according to your requirements. That’s it.
