subscribe to support threads possible?

Is there anyway to subscribe to a particular support thread or make it so it is possible? I think it’d be extremely helpful.

Maybe I don’t understand rss…since I’ve never really paid attention to it. So, not sure if it does what I’m asking. On many forums, you can tag a button to “subscribe” to comments to a particular post. You receive email notifications anytime someone adds a post to a thread. That’s what I mean. Does the rss link above do that?

No, rss doesn’t so that. However, if you had an rss reader (here’s some), many will monitor rss feeds and let you know when they’ve been *updated*.
