Subscribe Widget Doesn't Work

    The subscribe widget on my client’s site stopped working in the last little while. I’ve upgrade to the current SendPress.

    If you put in an email address and check a list and click the subscribe button, nothing happens. I don’t get the opt-in message, and I don’t see anything in my system’s mail logs.
