Hi @aschuette,
Yes, that might be because you MySQL version is outdated. On WordPress version (4.9.3 and above) this validation was added. You have to change the prefix_subscribe_reloaded_subscribers table engine from InnoDB to MyISAM.
Hi @reedyseth,
Thank you for your quick response! However, I altered the table to MyISAM, but I’m still getting the same error. Any thoughts?
A previous issue also was similar to the database table collation.
Are you able to see the subscription on the Admin side ?
I’m able to see the subscriptions in the “manage subscriptions” of the plugin and the database when I make a comment.
For any instance, are you able to manage the subscriptions on the Frontend side?
Yes, I can update, add and delete.
On the Admin Panel there is an option name StCR System, there you will find information on the text area.
1. Please save that information into a text file.
2. Register on the StCR Website on this link
3. Fill the information on this page and attach the text file.
Completed all 3 steps. Thank you for your help!
Awesome.
Can you please re-submit the file? The server did not send it.
Issue solved by creating a Real Management Page !
