Subscribe2 Send Email feature

There’s a tab under Subscribe2 for “send email.”
It has a drop-down menu, where I selected to send a message to “All Users and Subscribers.” (I wanted to send a reminder about an event.)

It sent the email to me 17 times.
It did not send it from the email address I use when sending Digest emails.

I don’t think it sent to anyone else that many times, but I am curious as to why that happened.
