    Hey all,

This is a very weird one. On a client site I’m using Jetpack Subscriptions. When viewing the site on desktop it shows a 263 subscriber count, however viewing on mobile its only 29.

It does look like a bunch of these subscribers only happened in the last few days, so its possible its still refreshing or rechaching itself.

Should I be looking into this any further at this stage? Its been more than 24 hours since the bulk of these subscribers came on board though.

That’s interesting! That definitely seems like a caching issue, but the numbers we have in our cache on our end are correct at the moment.

Do you use a caching plugin on your site? If so, could you check its settings to make sure mobile visits are not cached, or flush your cache completely?

Let me know how it goes.

Sorry for late reply – looks like I figured this one out.

Another developer here had hardcoded the widget to the mobile header of our theme at request of the client – the subscriber count was apart of that.

    Thanks Jeremy 🙂
