I lost my wordpress install but I could save the database. Where can I find the subscribers? Are they saved in the wp database?

Hello, yes, it’s in the database, under
wp_optionstable, idniteoCS_subscribers_list, it is saved in JSON format, so you might want to decode it https://jsoneditoronline.org/https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Database_Description#Table:_wp_options
