Subscriber list not linking to WordPress Users

Hi, I have a list called ‘Directory Listing Owners’ and have created a welcome series of emails to them. I have the settings so that all WordPress Users should be subscribed to the ‘Directory Owners List’ but this is not working for some reason. There is 29 wordpress users currently and 24 in the Directory Listing Owners and recent subscribers are not being added.

Hi, @karenna2675!

We recently changed the method of how the subscribers are counted in Lists and Segments. In the past, the counts were happening in real-time but in order to optimize the performance, the process is now happening in the background and it updates every 30 mins.

There’s a way to force a new sync from MailPoet -> Lists – you’ll see a button on top (Recalculate now), click on it and wait until the recalculation finishes, then check if the number of subscribers on your list matches.

Thanks for getting back to me – yes I did see that. I don’t think it’s that as I left this over the weekend hoping it would right itself but it didn’t. I had to manually move people from WordPress Users to my Directory Listing Owners list. Please advise. Thanks,

I see! I have a question: are those missing users confirmed or still pending to follow the confirmation email link?

Can you please register a new user on your site and opt-in to subscribe to MailPoet during the registration?

Did this user receive a confirmation email? Did it become Subscribed to Directory Listing Owners list?
