    the subscriber menu does not show the drop down list, such as files, log out and the others.

    Hi,

    You most probably are seeing a conflict between our bundled Bootstrap scripts and the ones from your theme. Please have a look at the resource center on the plugin website where you can find documentation about how to troubleshoot that.
