Subscriber received post notice with code

Hello –

1.) I received an email from a subscriber (Subscribe to be notified of new posts) asking me if there was an error because the page he received looked like it was from visual editor showing all the shortcode instead of what would appear when visiting the site. (I can forward it to you if you would like to see it)

2.) He forwarded the “New Post” notification and I was EXTREMELY surprised to discover that when I clicked on the “Manage Subscriptions” it brought me to HIS account.
