Subscriber Verification Email Opps Error

    Hello! I am using the Email Subscriber short code in a Icegram pop-up which seems to be working well until I go to verify the email. I click on the “Please confirm it by clicking here.” from the confirmation email, I’m getting an error message that reads “Oops.. We are getting some technical error. Please try again or contact admin.”

    Is there a fix for this, or is there a way to add something to the short code that skips the verification process? Thanks!

    @kkdesign22,

    You are using double opt-in hence you are seeing welcome email. If you don’t want your subscriber to see welcome email (or manually confirm their subscription), select Single opt-in from Email Subscribers -> Settings.
