    Subscribers cannot see restricted content.

    1. subscription is verified and current
    2. subscriber accounts are all verified and current
    3. page with restricted content is coded with shortcode; verified nothing has changed
    4. when logged in a successful login message is received; subscriber can see their account
    5. when attempting to see restricted content they get the message that you need an account
    6. wordpress is updated and current
    7. plugin is updated and current
    8. running php 8.2 CGI handler (using CGI for compatibility reason in other parts of the site)

This error continues to plague the site and is very frustrating. Even as super admin, I sometimes get the error. I am unable to find what the conflict is. Help.

    Hello @wildeoffice,

You mentioned not being able to access the restricted pages even with an administrator account.
This issue could be caused by a caching issue. Are you by any chance using any caching solutions? (Another plugin for caching or caching provided directly by your host)

If so, could you please remove any pages that contain our shortcode (as well as the page with the content restriction enabled) from the cache and please check if the issue persists. Make sure to perform a hard refresh to your page (CTRL + F5 for windows) to ensure the changes have been applied.
