Subscribers can’t access articles

Hi. I’m in Sloan Management Review Customer Service. I have heard from two fully-paid up subscribers who tell me they can’t access full articles on our website.They can log in okay, but then when they click on an article, the page only lets them see a portion of it, tells them they’re only a “site member” and tells them to subscribe. I’ve looked all over the WordPress dashboard to try to see what’s wrong. I also looked at their website profiles and they both say “Subscriber.” I even tried deleting their website profiles and setting up new ones. Nothing helped.
I also notice that this company’s WordPress has no Members Plug-In. If I installed that, would it help? Also, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
