Subscribers not added and no confirmation email sent

Hello MailPoet Support Team,
I have double opt-in enabled, but when users fill out the subscription form:
• I receive the “new subscriber” notification email,
• The contact does not appear in the subscribers list (not even as pending), and
• The subscriber never receives the confirmation email.Steps I’ve already taken:
– Checked my DNS in Cloudflare and added the SPF record for both Titan and MailPoet:
v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email include:spf.mailpoet.com ~all
– Verified that DKIM and MX records are correctly set up (checked with MXToolbox).
– No bounced emails.
– All forms are protected with Google reCAPTCHA.
– In MailPoet → Settings → Advanced there is no “Send test email” option, so I can’t run that test.Could you please check if there is an issue with my MailPoet Sending Service account or if there are any missing records/configurations?
