    Hi! 2 days ago I tried manually adding a few subscribers to my jetpack plug-in. It said it would take a few minutes. I let an hour go by and nothing had changed. No new subscribers on the page. I tried doing the rest of my imports (about 20 emails) via a CSV file and I get this same result: When I click “Add Subscribers” it says “Your subscribers are being imported. This may take a few minutes. You can close this window and we’ll notify you when the import is complete.” It has now been over 48 hours since trying to add 22 subscribers. I currently only have 3 subscribers so I know I’m no where near the cap. I can add subscribers if I manually add them via the actual website, if there’s no solution, but that will take a very long time/ multiple browsers. What do I do?

    Howdy @aregister96 – thank you for sharing your site url, I was able to identify the stalled subscriber import and reset it for you. Additionally, we did have an issue logged to our developers for importing subscribers but the recent news is that they pushed a fix for imports today. You should have no further issues importing.

    Please, import the subscribers again and if you see anything out of the ordinary or the import not coming through, please let us know.
