We have multiple sign-ups based on the area a user joins. How can we have them added to a subscriber list automatically when they join the site area? e.g our club, as a student, etc…it is a pain having to login and add them manually for every time a new subscriber joins an area.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand you are looking to add subscribers to different MailPoet lists depending to the category/area they register on your website, right?

Can you share more details about the registration process on your website. Is it the same registration form where they can choose what they are registering for (from a dropdown for instance)?

What plugin are you using to create the registration forms?

    Thank you!

Thanks Gui. We now have two registration forms. 1 ultimate member form used in our ckub, and 1 learn press form for our training area. Each have a mailpoet list that we want to not have to manually add each new user to upon each reg. How can we have these reg form add them to the proper list along with the default wp list.

Thanks for getting back to us with more details, @voicetoons .

Having subscribers automatically added to MailPoet lists when using third-party forms would require an integration between MailPoet and the third-party plugins. Out of the box, this is possible when using MailPoet built-in forms or integrations. Some plugins have integration available as you can see on this page: https://www.mailpoet.com/plugins/

I don’t see Ultimate Member and LearnPress there, though. In this case, you’d have two possibilities to achieve what you want:

    • Contact LearnPress and Ultimate Member support to check if they have any integration with MailPoet that we may not be aware of.
    • Or hire a developer to build this integration for you. If that’s a path you’d like to take, you can find someone on our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/development-services/

    I hope this helps!
