    • Subscribers have completely disappeared (not in any status category)
    • This has happened twice
    • No Trash option is visible
    • The approximate numbers that disappeared each time

    Hi @uviraonline,

    Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your subscribers disappearing.

    This looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Please try switching your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all plugins aside from MailPoet when it happens, and check if the subscribers show up again.
