Subscription box category podcasting

Hi,

I have two podcasting feeds so doing category podcasting, but the subscription box looks very different on the category pages than the box on the home page.

For the home page, http://theunemployableman.com/ I have the short code [powerpress_subscribe title=”The Unemployable Man” style=”mycolors”] which show 4 icons for subscribe by Google, Android, Email and RSS

But on the category page http://theunemployableman.com/in-the-chapel/ I used the shortcode [powerpress_subscribe feed_url=”http://theunemployableman.com/category/rjg/feed/podcast/” style=”mycolors”] and it only shows a large PowerPress plugin logo and two text links to subscribe via Google Podcasts and by Email.

How can I get the subscription box on the category page to look/function like the one on the home page?
