    Hi,

I want to be able to manually approve/reject upgrade requests.

For example, if I have product: Lovely Membership (ID: 123), and then 2 variations: Basic (Variation ID: 124) and Premium (Variation ID: 125).
A new subscriber subscribes to Basic level.
They click a button to “Apply” to upgrade.

If I need to approve them for them to become a Premium member, how do I do that so the change is reflected everywhere? Manually updating price/metadata will not change the Variation ID: 124, as far as I know.

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hi @rosalindmundie

    Thanks for reaching out!

If I understand you correctly, are you using the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions on your scenario above?

If so and you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

Otherwise, can you please share how upgrade requests are being done on your site? If this is from a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Thanks!
