I am seeking assistance with a billing issue for Vimeography.
Our attempts to cancel our subscription before the renewal date failed due to persistent errors on your website’s cancellation form. Despite reaching out twice via email and once via chat, we have received no response and have been charged for a renewal we tried to prevent.
I have a screen recording from March 21 documenting the technical failure on your site. Please contact me to resolve this refund and close the account.
