I am getting subscription emails for Contact Form 7 even though I am no longer subscribed. I have double checked that I have no active subscriptions but continue to receive emails.

I’m not really sure how to add images to the reply. Just checked on my profile and it shows I have no subscriptions. I followed the above link and I am not subscribed to it. Yet I get many emails, even though I am not subscribed anywhere. Would like to attach images if possible.
