Hello,

I just replaced the API Key in the Mailchimp API Settings and it was successfully connected. But the form is not working. When I tested it by using my personal and work email, an error shows

Subscription Error: An error occurred, please try later.

I tried to check the logs but there’s nothing.

You can see the signup form in the footer of every page with the link given.
What seems to be the issue?

Hey @elimariaaaa,

I checked your website and it does not look like the form was created using our plugin. What shortcode or widget did you use to add that form? Can you please share a screenshot?
